If you are having problems connecting via FTP please make sure your FTP connection mode is set to PASSIVE FTP and NOT ACTIVE FTP. All FTP clients have this option available in their settings. It is up to you to discover this within your own application. By not doing this you will receive intermittent connection problems preventing you from effectively using your FTP client with our servers. Some clients have an 'Auto Detect' option which should properly detect the mode. If this does not work for you then we recommend you 'hard set' it to Passive mode. |
